Overview and Abstract
The purpose of the MCAF blueprint is to provide policing and the law enforcement community with a Police Assured Landing Zone configured for Microsoft Azure services. This document provides guidance on how to implement the MCAF blueprint.
The design is based around the concept of a landing zone. This is a foundational environment that provides a baseline for multi-account architecture, identity and access management, governance, data security and network design. Azure Policy is used to enforce a common set of rules for Azure Landing Zone, and is intended to act in complementary fashion to a robust RBAC structure.
